In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn Japanese-inspired skincare techniques and facial massage to boost radiance, hydration, and emotional balance — all while enjoying a serene, sensory atmosphere.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, then guide you through a three-step self-care ritual: gentle exfoliation, serum massage, and nourishing cream application, using botanicals like Reishi, Ukon, and fermented hyaluronic acids. Along the way, you’ll discover how facial care can be a practice of self-presence, not just appearance.

You’ll be served tea and snacks, surrounded by calming music and scents. We’ll close with shared refreshments and an open Q&A.
